Our area is renowned throughout the country and across the world as a site for outstanding fishing opportunities, especially trout and bass. Such notables as Presidents Herbert Hoover, Jimmy Carter, Vice President Dick Cheney and Dick Vermeil have tried their luck and been successful in our streams. You can cast your line into such great fishing spots as Loyalsock Creek, Slate Run, Pine Creek and Black Hole Creek, just to name a few.
