THE NEW YEAR, 2010 – 1/4/2010
January 4th and all is well at the VIC. Cold weather has certainly cut down on the visitors to our center. No one wants to go out in the cold!!! Everyone is all smiles as they enter our building knowing that brighter days are here!!! JK
